The hotel was in a decent location. The main tourist sites were within 10 mins walking distance, which was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There was no chair/seat in my room which was uncomfortable. Just had lie down. They had a large variety of dishes for Breakfast which was pleasing. Overall it was decent. I would go back next time I'm in istanbul and would recommend it to others.

We had the loveliest stay at Eurostar. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast buffet was divine (with an entertaining and lively host) and the staff were the most attentive staff you could ask for. Cevdet bey and Orhan bey were especially kind and helpful in assisting us to get around, and they attended to our every need. The location is perfect for a tourist. Walking distance of 2-3 mins from the ocean and all public transport (Marmaray train + trams + ferries). It’s also near a great street with historical food. It was within walking distance of 10-15 mins of nearly every tourist location you could think of. We cannot not recommend it enough for anyone looking to have a great stay with the ability to move around Istanbul smoothly.

Omg ! The horrible hotel you can see ever I really don’t understand how you can allow such like a disrespectful guy to work in the reception . How in a four season hotel you can’t allow quests to visit and if you allow them you ask them about extra money . The guy in the reception asked the quest to pay 500 tl if he want to visit in this hotel and we accept to pay 500 tl We said can we pay in euro he said in euros is 100euro which about 3000 tl but how can be like that . He just improved me that Turkish people they are 🐶 💴 Anyway it’s the bad experience ever 👎👎👎

Very nice location and quality service with great employees. The problem is that we had trouble sleeping, which is the most sought after in a hotel (poorly insulated rooms, noise, ventilation, etc.)

First off, The location is good. The room had two windowes. They presented fresh fruits and vegetables at breakfast. The room is nice. Although there are many things to be fixed in the bathroom and it looked like it wasn't used I found …

Reception workers need to work on their hospitality :) Esef is THE BEST I bet he has hotels experience in many places. He takes care of guests and employees, he managed to give my mom (in a wheelchair) a very good treatment with breakfast place. He makes sure everything in order, but also work himself ( when a glass broke, he got the broom instead of commanding emloyees) Cleaning ladies are awesom Javdet also 👍🏻

I was given a choice of the room where people smoke (smell is awful) or a noisy room. Staff was open about noise due to air-conditioner that the room window was facing which had constant dull noise and was ok for me but failed to mention that if anyone has there TV on, I can hear that perfectly like it is in my room. At reception I was told that they can't help as all "normal" rooms are taken;) Also there was some misunderstanding about how many stars the hotel was. Booking was claiming as 4, in reality 2 would be max. I would say this is zero value for money and avoid at all cost. For the same location there are other options around where you can at least sleep in normal conditions.
